I am a mum of two and a cooking adventurer. I love trying new cuisines and creating new tastes.
I focus on gluten free and dairy free cooking to help one of my kids who has dietary restrictions. I feel it is really important for individuals with restricted diets to experience as many tastes as possible, so my cooking involves lot of experimenting with alternative ingredients which retain the authentic tastes of a dish while supporting dietary restrictions.
I also focus a lot on vegan dishes which is culturally very close to me.
